This is an image that depicts the feelings of the bride during the vows. The bride is looking at the groom with a look of pure love and adoration in her eyes. I remember the groom’s words as I also created a wedding film for the couple. Her face is lit up with a radiant smile, and her cheeks are slightly flushed with emotion.
Even though I use a number of lenses during the wedding day, my most memorable images have been made with the Canon 200mm f2. The subject separation and the 3D effect has no comparison. It allows me to emphasize the emotions without being obtrusive. I walk around the couple from a distance and try to find the most flattering angle and point of view to capture unique reactions and moments of joy.
The family and guests seated or standing behind the couple, watching the exchange of vows with reverence and joy, responded in different ways during the exchange of the vows. I remember the mother of the groom being sentimental. I remember other moments of laughter as the groom was narrating happy stories of the past. I always give particular emphasis on the bride during the vows.
